About Standings Today
Standings Today does one thing: it shows you the current standings in the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL, updated automatically after every game.
We built the site because checking standings on most sports sites means scrolling past scores, news, video and pop-ups to find a small table that may be hours out of date. Here the table is the page. Records, win percentages, games back, streaks, clinch tags and the live playoff picture are all in one place, and they refresh within minutes of a final score.

How the data works
Standings are generated from official game results delivered through a live sports data feed and cross-checked against each league’s published standings. No table on this site is edited by hand, which is why it is always current. If you ever spot something that looks wrong, contact us and we’ll check it.
